I will share the event on my social medias (if you have social media) I have added on Facebook that I am attending the event (if you have Facebook) I understand that nothing is to be dropped off before the set up time I agree to leave my booth space in the exact condition I found it in when setting up. If any trash/debris is left behind, I will not be allowed to participate in future events I will provide my own tables, lighting, and display surfaces My booth will be staffed for the entire event We will follow a good neighbor policy and request that all vendors take care to avoid excessively loud or inappropriate noise and behavior

Are not responsible for any damage, theft of personal belongings/merchandise, or loss of any product. Please be responsible for your selling area. We recommend that vendors carry their own insurance. Any accidents caused by a vendor's set-up or goods will be the responsibility of that vendor. Paawzitively Created is not responsible for any personal injury during the market events. Consent to Photograph and Videotape I hereby agree and give my permission for Paawzitively Created and partners to record, film, photograph, videotape myself and to display, publish or distribute these works for the purpose of posting on social media sites. I understand the works may appear in electronic form on the internet

Booth sizes and cost

10x10 - $35 each Please put how many spots you are needing or if you are a trailer

Set up and take down

Nothing can be dropped off prior to drop off time Signs & pricing must be typed or neatly written and easy to see and read Everyone must help make sure the venue is all cleaned up at the end of the event You MUST have a canopy at your booth You must provide your own table and chairs for your booth Smoke and alcohol and drug free area (vaping ok)

Cancellations (please initial)

There are NO refunds unless the event is cancelled.

Payment (please initial)

Booth space fee must be paid in full 2 months/ 60 days prior to the event in order to be confirmed for the event and have your space reserved. Booth fee is nonrefundable unless the event gets cancelled.

Raffle items

This is optional, all the money from the raffles will be given to the nonprofit chosen for that month. Raffle winners will be announced at the end of each month. Raffle items need to be turned in the last week or first week of the month. We can get you a donation receipt for donating to the raffle if you would like one. Raffle will be advertised all month at each Sunday event. Please put if you would consider donating to the raffle.

Vendor Application and Selection Process

At Paawzitively Created Crafty Farmers Market, we carefully curate our vendor selection to ensure a diverse, high-quality offering that aligns with our mission. Here's our process:

Application Submission: Prospective vendors submit an online application form detailing their products, production methods, and business practices.
Review Process: Our selection committee reviews each application, evaluating:

Product quality and uniqueness
Alignment with our local and sustainable focus
Commitment to animal welfare (where applicable)
Production practices and sourcing methods

Site Visits: For food vendors and farmers, we conduct site visits to verify production methods and ensure quality standards.
Trial Period: New vendors may be invited for a trial period of 2-3 market days to assess customer reception and the vendor's reliability.
Final Selection: Based on the above criteria and market needs, we make our final vendor selections.
Onboarding: Selected vendors receive our vendor handbook and attend an orientation session to ensure they understand our market policies and procedures.

We review applications on a rolling basis, with priority given to local producers and crafters who demonstrate a strong commitment to sustainability and community values.
