Vendor Application and Selection Process

At Paawzitively Created Crafty Farmers Market, we carefully curate our vendor selection to ensure a diverse, high-quality offering that aligns with our mission. Here's our process:

  1. Application Submission: Prospective vendors submit an online application form detailing their products, production methods, and business practices.

  2. Review Process: Our selection committee reviews each application, evaluating:

    • Product quality and uniqueness

    • Alignment with our local and sustainable focus

    • Commitment to animal welfare (where applicable)

    • Production practices and sourcing methods

  3. Site Visits: For food vendors and farmers, we conduct site visits to verify production methods and ensure quality standards.

  4. Trial Period: New vendors may be invited for a trial period of 2-3 market days to assess customer reception and the vendor's reliability.

  5. Final Selection: Based on the above criteria and market needs, we make our final vendor selections.

  6. Onboarding: Selected vendors receive our vendor handbook and attend an orientation session to ensure they understand our market policies and procedures.

We review applications on a rolling basis, with priority given to local producers and crafters who demonstrate a strong commitment to sustainability and community values.
